Lindsay Lohan pode gravar dueto com Lady Gaga, diz produtor

A atriz Lindsay Lohan pode ter a oportunidade de gravar com a sensação do pop Lady Gaga.

Quem especula a parceria é o produtor Rodney Jerkins, que trabalhou na música "Telephone", colaboração entre Gaga e Beyoncé.

Jerkins acredita no potencial de Lohan: "Se ela se concentrar, eu acho que ela tem potencial", disse o produtor à jornalistas na festa pré-Grammy. "Falei com ela e disse: 'Você tem potencial. Eu realmente acredito em você'".

Lindsay já gravou dois discos. "Speak", de 2004, e "A Little More Personal (Raw)" em 2005.

O produtor acha que Lindsay pode vencer o preconceito que ronda as atrizes que tentam se aventurar pela carreira musical.

"Vi muita gente questionando atrizes que querem se tornar pop stars mas não têm potencial", disse Jerkins. "Eu acredito que ela tem isso, algo bem profundo. Eu escutei ela no passado, e acho que tem algo ali. Só precisa ser mostrado".

Quando questionado sobre o vídeo da música "Telephone", outra colaboração de Lady Gaga e Beyoncé, Jerkins não quis revelar muito: "Tudo que vou dizer é que o vídeo é baseado em um filme clássico".

Jerkins believes in the potential of Lohan: "If they concentrate, I think she has potential," the producer said to reporters at the pre-Grammy party. "I talked to her and said, 'You have potential. I really believe in you'."

Lindsay has recorded two albums. "Speak," 2004 and "A Little More Personal (Raw)" in 2005.
The producer thinks Lindsay can overcome the prejudice that surrounds the actresses who try to venture in singing.
"I saw many people questioning actresses who want to become pop stars but they have potential," said Jerkins. "I think she has it, something very deep. I heard it in the past, and I think there's something there. You only need be shown."
When asked about the music video for "Telephone", another collaboration of Beyoncé and Lady Gaga, Jerkins did not want to reveal too much: "All I'll say is that the video is based on a classic movie."
